Arendal Guest House, Penrith, Cumbria, UK


Arendal is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast in a quiet and pleasant elevated street which has been designated a conservation area. Near Penrith Beacon, Arendal is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Penrith. Refurbished in 2004, this Victorian home has three bedrooms to let – two doubles with ensuite shower rooms, and a third room with full sized bunk beds for the use of accompanied children.

The market town of Penrith is conveniently located for both the Lake District and the Eden Valley, and has a variety of pubs and restaurants, as well as other attractions such as a golf course, cinema, castle ruins and interesting shops. John & Linda can provide detailed information regarding walking and cycling in the area.

Cyclists/walkers welcome (Arendal is on the Coast to Coast cycle route). There is ample on-street parking by Arendal.
