We are happy to assist visitors (if they so wish) with itineraries that cover their interests. From our extensive knowledge of the region, we can advise on all kinds of walks from high-level fells to easy low-level/riverside strolls: cycle routes, places to picnic, to swim or just to admire the scenery. We also know where to park the car, catch the bus and where you can eat and drink. If you have a special interest, e.g. literary associations of the region, natural history, historical connections, let us know and we can help you get the most out of your visit.

Below is just a selection of the places to visit.
